From this experience we believe that it’s a really good way to get into the property market, we got an affordable, high-quality home. The final outcome exceeded our expectations. The home is modern, light & bright, warm & comfortable with quality modern fixtures. Heating the home cost very little. We would not have got a home of this specification any other way.
We were also impressed with Rory’s integrity throughout the process. We were invited to raise defects, and these were fixed before settlement. We picked up another defect post-settlement where a fixture had been damaged on installation, and Rory fixed this even though it was outside of the legal requirements. It was truly impressive, and we’d not hesitate to recommend buying off plans from a developer with integrity such as Rory.
