Our design team is readily available to go through the options we have available- with experience in interior design, we are passionate about making your vision become reality and offering sound advice along the way.

Urban Company don’t have price escalation clauses; meaning the price you agree on today will not change as the project progresses. 

When buying off the plans, you pay a 10% deposit that is held in our solicitors trust account, with nothing further to pay until settlement. This is a great way to secure a new home without the pricey upfront costs. 

The ability to customise your home is another fantastic benefit- read more about this in the above question. 

A Resident’s Society is an organisation created for individual developments. It manages any common areas or infrastructure and ensures all houses in the development are covered with appropriate insurance. Touch base with us to find out more, we are always happy to have a chat.

You can secure a property with a 10% deposit, in some cases even lower.

Deposits are held in our solicitors trust account and only accessed at settlement time. You can feel at ease knowing we have great processes in place to make sure your deposit is kept safe. If you would like to talk further about this we are happy to chat at any stage.

Urban Company encourage you to be a part of the whole journey! You will receive regular newsletters and emails from us updating you of the progress throughout the project. Our social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) are also a great way to see what has been happening. 

We offer walk throughs of our sites once we feel we can do so safely. It is a great opportunity to see how things are progressing and talk through any queries or thoughts you may have.

Of course, we are always available to chat- whether this be a phone call, email or face to face.

‘We brought a new townhouse in Kilbirnie from Rory in 2019, initially it took some courage to buy off plans but it worked out very well for us. From this experience we believe that it’s a really good way to get into the property market, we got an affordable, high-quality home. The final outcome exceeded our expectations. The home is modern, light & bright, warm & comfortable with quality modern fixtures. Heating the home cost very little. We would not have got a home of this specification any other way.

We were also impressed with Rory’s integrity throughout the process. We were invited to raise defects, and these were fixed before settlement. We picked up another defect post-settlement where a fixture had been damaged on installation, and Rory fixed this even though it was outside of the legal requirements. It was truly impressive, and we’d not hesitate to recommend buying off plans from a developer with integrity such as Rory.
