A Resident’s Society is an organization created for that specific development to manage any common areas or infrastructure and ensures all houses in the development are covered with appropriate insurance.
Prices vary depending on the location and other details. You can secure a townhouse with a 10% deposit. In some cases this can be flexible; talk to us and see.
Deposits are paid by you and held in trust in a lawyers trust account. The developer only has access to it at settlement time.
