Urban Company has kept us involved at every stage, especially when it came to selecting items / materials and specifications. Our preferences for kitchen finishes, washing machine , tiles, carpets, bathroom fixtures, and more were always considered and appreciated.
We were also pleased with the flexibility shown by Urban Company in adapting the home to suit our lifestyle such as including the addition of an ensuite in the master bedroom and an emergency water tank, which were not part of the original plan.
Their regular updates on social media and the recent on-site walkthrough have been very reassuring, giving us a clear picture of the progress. We’re really happy with how things are tracking and confident that Urban Company will complete the project on time.
